It was an overcast morning - a perfect day for a walk...and it was Monday, so we had extra time. Oliver and I were off...
We were walking along enjoying the acorns...
and the poison oak turning red...
we even saw a mossy deer...
when we came to Bull Frog Pond.
Before I could blink, Oliver was in. The happiest moments of this dog's life are when he is immersed in some sort of liquid.
Since it was way too late for me to express an opinion, I just enjoyed his pleasure.

What a great walk you 2 had...though I think that Oliver really enjoyed is spa mud bath maybe more than you...no? Look at that content face.
I have a black lab...Luther Vandross. He is my super hero and running partner. He'd love to play with Oliver.

Your dog is quite an adorable character isn't he!... reminds me of Marika's dog Sampson who would plunge into our pond whenever he visited our garden! For that reason we removed all the plants and fish.
